Jesus' interaction with the masses of people was motivated by love and compassion, knowing that they were like sheep without a shepherd. People then, and still now, deal with being fed lies so clever they sound like the truth and thoughts raised up against the knowledge of God. With that understanding, we ought also to interact with people with love and compassion.
