Followers of Jesus will suffer persecution in the latter days. Persecution has various levels and forms, but starts with being slandered, mocked, and insulted. You are blessed by God when that happens and he will never abandon you.

God promised that Jesus would return to take his people to live with him forever. Some consider that God is slow about his promise coming to pass. God is not being slow, but he is patient, because he is giving all people time to repent and be saved and escape the judgment that is coming upon the ungodly.

As there was an Ark to keep Noah and his family from the judgment of God, there yet remains an “Ark” by which people are kept from the wrath of God and given salvation, protection, provision, and promise. That “Ark” is Jesus and HIS church.

We are challenged to fulfill our days on the earth and accomplish the purpose of the Lord in our lives to live and to proclaim the goodness of our God. All with God’s help.
