Trust is based on proven relationship. The Lord continually says “remember what I have done.” Trust becomes the certainty that the Lord will enable us to do what he has given us to do, even in the midst of adverse conditions.
The Interlude (or Selah in Hebrew) is the time of your interaction with the Lord, where you reflect and listen and receive direction or revelation from the Lord.
