Escaping Corruption

We escape the corruption of the world as a result of following after the Holy Spirit rather than after human desires. God’s grace teaches us to say “No” to ungodliness and worldly passions.

Reminded of the Truth

Even if we know the truth and are standing firmly in the truth we need to be continually reminded of it. False teachers will come that will attempt to lead the vulnerable astray.

Holy as God

1 Peter 1:15-16 says, “But now you must be holy in everything you do, just as God who chose you is holy. For the Scriptures say, “You must be holy because I am holy.” God not only instructs us to be holy, but enables us by his Spirit and our cooperation.

Productive and Useful

Much of our difficulty as seeking Christians stems from our unwillingness to take God as He is, and adjust our lives accordingly. (A.W. Towzer)

Guest Ministers – Dan and Linda Gassler and Andy Spurlin

Dan and Linda Gassler and Andy Spurlin are part of the spiritual leadership of our Praise Fellowship Church family. They share timely words to our church.

Respond to God’s Promises

Whatever God has revealed as being true of himself, our pursuit of godliness is our intellectual, emotional, and spiritual response to the revelation of what God is like.

Life and Godliness

His divine power has granted to us everything pertaining to life and godliness. (2 Peter 1:3) We are called to live godly lives, God-like lives, to properly represent Him to our culture

Christmas Characters – Simeon and Anna

Being led by the Spirit enable Simeon and Anna to experience the fulfillment of the promise of God, speak blessings over the parents of Jesus, and tell others about the redemption in Messiah the baby Jesus.
